Craig Crossley

Dr. Craig Crossley is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Central Florida, where he bridges research and practice to enhance organizational performance while educating future leaders. Prior to joining UCF, he served as a senior manager at a Top 100 U.S. private company, collaborating with executives on high-impact initiatives. 

A former Fulbright Scholar at Dublin City University and Fulbright-Hanken Distinguished Chair at Hanken School of Economics, Dr. Crossley’s research on leadership and high-performance work systems has earned him multiple Fulbright awards and recognition in Fortune magazine. His work has been published in leading management journals, and he remains committed to advancing the fields of leadership, trust, and ethics.
